Transformational Culture is a term coined by Jamie Wheal to describe an emergent culture characterized by practices, values, and beliefs that move beyond the status quo toward an actualized, creative, and self-sustaining future. This culture aligns collective efforts and activities with an overarching evolutionary purpose that is optimally expressed through meaningful, expansive collaboration; a common purpose; ownership of the collective vision; and a driving commitment to creating positive outcomes in a world full of uncertainty. Through a commitment to purposeful collective action, Transformational Culture brings different stakeholders together to develop solutions that tackle systemic issues and better the lives of individuals and society as a whole.
